Ranks
Groups with permissions and chat prefixes.

About
Make groups like Member, Moderator and Admin, give each the commands it may use, and put players in them. The permissions of the other plugins work with it, so you can let moderators use /mute or let trusted players use /grave tp without making them operators.
A group can also have a coloured prefix shown in chat and in the player list. Installing it changes nothing until you create something: the groups start empty. Operators are never limited by ranks.
What it does
- Groups that build on each other (admin builds on moderator builds on member).
- Grant a permission, a whole plugin (homes-teleport:*) or everything (*), or deny one with a minus.
- Works for any plugin's permission and for the game's own commands.
- Coloured prefixes in chat and in the tab list.
- Assignments are saved by account, so renaming a player keeps their rank.

Type these in the game chat. Operators are the players you made an operator on the Players tab.

Adding it to a server needs a restart. Disable it from the server's Plugins tab and the plugin's files are removed at the next restart; its settings stay, so turning it on again picks up where you left off.
