Who JetRift is for
Friend groups who want a vanilla-style Java survival world that is always available without anyone having to log into a website and press Start. It is not for modpacks, Paper or Spigot plugin setups, Bedrock players, or large public servers. For those, a conventional host fits better.
Compared with other free hosts
Free hosts usually pay for themselves with ads, a queue at busy times, or a server that has to be started from a website. JetRift avoids those three, and it gives up mods, plugins and Bedrock to do it. A longer comparison with Aternos is on the JetRift vs Aternos page.
