Land Claims
Claim land so only you and your friends can build on it.

About
Stand somewhere and type /claim: a square around you becomes yours. Only you, the players you trust and operators can break, place, open chests or hurt animals inside it. Claims never overlap, and each player has limits so one person cannot claim the whole map.
Explosions, fire and flowing water or lava cannot damage a claim, even from outside it. A few things the game does not report cannot be protected, for example arrows hitting animals and endermen picking up blocks; the plugin page in the repository lists them.
What it does
- /claim makes a square claim around you (any height), or two corners if you prefer a rectangle.
- Protects breaking, placing, chests, doors, buttons, buckets, animals, villagers, item frames and vehicles.
- Stops explosions, fire spread, fluids, pistons and dispensers from touching a claim.
- Trust friends with /trust; works for offline friends who have joined once.
- Limits on claims per player and total area keep it fair; operators can bypass.

Adding it to a server needs a restart. Disable it from the server's Plugins tab and the plugin's files are removed at the next restart; its settings stay, so turning it on again picks up where you left off.
