About
The chat tools a friend server needs when somebody spams or somebody is annoying. Players can message each other privately and ignore people they do not want to hear from. Operators can mute players, slow the chat down and block words.
Join and leave messages can be changed or hidden. Everything is switched on or off in a settings file; with the defaults only the player commands and the operator commands exist, nothing is blocked. Private messages are written to the server log, like commands are.
What it does
- Private messages with /msg, /tell, /w, /pm and /dm, and /r to answer.
- /ignore hides one player's chat and messages for you only.
- Operators mute players for a while or for good; muted players cannot chat or message.
- Slow mode limits how often a player may chat, private messages included.
- A blocked-words list cancels or masks messages with those words.
- Custom or hidden join and leave messages.
Commands
Type these in the game chat. Operators are the players you made an operator on the Players tab.

Adding it to a server needs a restart. Disable it from the server's Plugins tab and the plugin's files are removed at the next restart; its settings stay, so turning it on again picks up where you left off.
